Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ARCHV ST. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable after purchase, with a full refund issued.

Shipping & Delivery

ARCHV ST. ships nationwide across the Philippines. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Return Eligibility

Returns at ARCHV ST. are handled on a case-by-case basis. Not all purchases are automatically eligible for return. Each request is reviewed individually by our team before approval is given.

To be considered for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unworn condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item has not been washed, altered, or damaged
  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item

How to Request a Return

Do not ship anything back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

  • Wait for written approval from ARCHV ST. before sending the item back

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are fully shouldered by the buyer. ARCHV ST. does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit on return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items returned without prior written approval

Refunds & Resolution

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns may be resolved through refund, exchange, or store credit at the discretion of ARCHV ST.

Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
